Company history.

Vendera was founded in 2015 after seeing a lack of mobile recycling and buyback offerings catering to enterprise needs. Certified data erasure, quality inventory reporting, and convenience were some of the key missing pieces Vendera was built to solve. As we built trust with our growing customer base, we began to hear consistent feedback around the lack of quality offerings to help solve the complexity of enterprise mobile management.

 

So, in 2018, we launched the Vendera Management Suite (VMS), a suite of services focused on supporting mobile devices from onboarding and setup to end of life and recycling. VMS has now grown to cover everything from wireless expense management to repairs to MDM setup and support.

2015-2018

Mobile Recycling & Buyback

In 2015, Vendera began offering our unique buyback services to companies ranging from Fortune 10 to large local churches. With a capacity for more than 1,000 devices a day, Vendera created unprecedented efficiencies in the buyback process, allowing us to offer top dollar for all devices. These efficiencies also expedited the process of generating data erasure certificates and environmental impact statements. As our trust grew around our buyback offering, Vendera began to see the larger problems surrounding Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM).

2018

Vendera Management Suite (VMS)

In 2018, after hearing countless issues around cumbersome onboarding processes, lacking inventory records, and a need to help better understand overall mobile management costs, Vendera began work on our Vendera Management Suite (VMS). The core focus of VMS is ensuring that data from wireless carriers, MDMs, and internal records all align. Because without accurate data, response times and the potential for errors go up significantly.

Today, VMS has evolved to become a single source for every need in the mobile lifecycle—including user onboarding/offboarding, MDM management, carrier bill analysis, expense optimizations, device replacements or repairs, and buyback. With partnerships with every major wireless carrier, MDM provider, and mobile OEM, Vendera can create unique bundles of our services that significantly reduce overall costs.

2019-2022

Remote Helpdesk Kiosk

As the world changed in major ways beginning in 2019, Vendera realized the need to create a remote solution that allowed our team of experts to support users and devices as we would if they were in our hands. Through customer feedback and extensive testing, Vendera created our patent-pending Remote Helpdesk Kiosk (RHK). With a capacity of 20-140 devices, Vendera’s RHK solution can cater to mobile deployments of any size. Providing immediate device replacements and cutting the onboarding/upgrade process from an average 90min to an average 20min, Vendera’s RHK significantly reduces downtime for both IT and end-users, allowing them to focus on more important tasks.

Vendera’s RHK can now be used to support unique needs in industries ranging from logistics to healthcare to oil and gas. With live support technician, immediate replacements, and integrations with wireless carriers and MDM’s, Vendera’s team of experts can immediately solve even the most complex issues end-users may face.
